CNC Dovetail machine
A two-axis automatic dovetail machine with numerical control, the OMEC 650-A, is designed to machine dovetails for drawers and furniture components. The Model 650-A is equipped with a spindle and a dovetail cutter that allows the production of dovetails of different heights. The machine is designed to cut single male or female workpieces, or both simultaneously. Pieces can be clamped and released in manual mode by means of pneumatic valves. Controls are issued from a numerically controlled push button panel. Model 650-A is controlled by a numerical control system programmed to guarantee the utmost machining flexibility. The control is programmed to manufacture two (2) types of fixed pitch joints (25mm and 50mm).
All the adjustments can be easily carried out following the software instructions of the machine displayed on the monitor. Number of drawers produced per hour ~ 30.

In the full automatic mode all controls are issued from the CNC control. Controls are located on a built-in work panel. The machine has variable work speeds. The 750 CNC control is programmed to guarantee the utmost flexibility. The OMEC IMC300 manual gluing machine is designed to glue different types of drawer featuring dovetail joints, parallel (French) dovetail joints and lock pins. This machine can glue drawer components having any type of joint pitch, with no need for customized parts or nozzles. There is no need for adjustments when the width of the drawers are modified. The machine comes with a special system for controlling glue amount. Thanks to the special configuration of the glue nozzle, it is possible to clean it at the end of the operating cycle.
