The "ORIGINAL" Door Machine
The 250GT was designed with both small and large manufacturers in mind. It is both versatile and economical for small custom shop use, yet durable
and efficient foreven the largest of factories. The model 250 allows an operator to machine all parts for a complete cabinet door in less than two (2) minutes.

Thorough guarding and protective clamp bar keep the operator shielded while operating the machine. The interchangeable 5 position turret system allows users to switch between cutters on a stack in seconds, and switch cutter stacks with matching turrets in minutes. No pre-sawing of cathederal arches or matching rails is necessary. Pnuematic fence stop system provides accurate, repetitive part positioning. Positioning scale allows for accurate centering of panel and rail. Standard or custom template stacks and cutters are available from Unique, or can be made and supplied independently.

8" Stacked spindle door machine
The 250GT2 is the fifth generation for this series of machine. Revisions made to this machine from the older 250GT are: a heavier one piece welded frame machined for THK guides in the "Y" axis for a higher quality cut when arching. The heavier frame and guide system will allow an optional 65" maximum part length. The 250GT2 was designed for both small and large manufacturers. It is versatile and economical for the small custom shop, yet efficient and durable for the largest production facilities. Every 250GT2 is set up and tested at the Unique factory , and shipped with a complete sample door, ready for production.

MDF Raised panel door machine
The Unique model 290 is used to produce limited quantities of one piece MDF square or arched solid doors. The solid door system produces quality, square cornered doors for a cost that is affordable to all shops. The equipment can also be used as a clamp table for door panel assembly to further increase productivity. Routers are equipped with "Uniflow" dust shields for maximum effective dust collection. Overhead rack holds four routers. Includes template guides for each router, and Biesemeyer fence for easy adjustment.

Super shaper
The model 319S is designed to safely profile wood or plastic components. The machine has 5-1/2" of available stacking height on the spindle and an adjustable fence, both use a mechanical digital readout for easy and accurate positioning. A variable speed conveyor (0-35 FPM) with two rows of hold down rollers and interlocking cutter guarding isolate the operator from the cutterhead for a safe work environment. 8" maximum material width; 2" maximum material thickness. 6" diameter tooling required.
