PTC manufactures high performance, all stainless steel water jet cutting systems that employ a linear drive technology to achieve cutting speeds of 4000 to 5000 inches per minute in pure water applications such as cutting gaskets, foam, and rubber products. These high cutting speeds enable the PTC water jet cutting machines to be two to three times more productive than competitive machines currently in the marketplace. The CPT 5 axis water jet machine from Belotti represents the very latest technology in water jet cutting. The cutting jet head can assume any angle and can travel simultaneously through all 5 axes. This performance is made possible by the use of dedicated software, which simplifies the programming of the machine. Operator safety is given great attention through the use of moving "Bulkhead" barrier walls and photo - cell barriers.

All Belotti machining centers are designed to increase productivity
With this purpose in mind they designed and constructed the NEW Wing Jet WJ cutting center.
This compact cutting center has been designed to reduce overall dimensions and enables piece loading/unloading on the three sides. With both high pressure pump and electrical cabinet being integrated with the machine, no hydraulic / pneumatic hose or electrical cableing is left on the floor.
The cantilever structure moves on rectified slideways with recirculating ball pads, while head and arm positioning is achieved by recirculating ball screws screws. All mechanical parts are protected by stainless steel covers with multiple labyrinths and water and abrasive-proof bellows
