Hot Roll Laminating Machine
The TB-60 can laminate heat activated adhesive-backed decorative foils and papers top and bottom simultaneously with no grain raise and no cleanup. For increased flexibility you can couple it with a hot melt glue spreader. Apply adhesive directly to the board and laminate less expensive papers as well. The TB-60 system is capable of running up to 400 five (5) Ft. wide boards per hour (single or double sided) with a two (2) person operating crew. The TB-60 is designed to withstand high temperatures and rigorous use, it uses oversized sprockets, main roller bearings and rotating unions.

HPL Rotary Laminating Machine
The Black Bros. "Panel Express" heat assisted rotary laminator is designed to laminate all types of HPL and most veneers to particleboard or MDF sheets as short as 44" in length. When used in conjunction with environmentally friendly "fast tack" PVA adhesives, the "Panel Express" laminating system allows you to move from laminating into production without the need for additional curing or press time. The Basic system utilizes a model 775 adhesive spreader and a "Panel Express" machine, with a conveyor / layup table between them and an outfeed conveyor after the "Panel Express" machine, panel feeder and laminate indexing station. Additional components can be added to create a more automated system to increase productivity.

HOT MELT GLUE SPREADER
This Black Bros. spreader is built to handle the increasing market demands for reactive hot melt polyurethane (RHM/PUR) adhesive application. The RHM-775 Adhesive Spreader is equipped with the necessary features to accommodate RHM/PUR materials: drive components on one end ' heat connections on the opposite end, easy access to the roll ends for maintenance, easy roll change safety glass shielding for visibility, and vent or port for vapor control/exhaust. The oil heating unit mounts on the same base as the machine. All controls are wired into a single control box for quick installation and operating ease. Standard units are available from 32'' (812 mm) through 74'' (1880 mm) capacity. In custom units up to 110'' (2794 mm), special arrangements can be designed and manufactured to customer specifications. Bulk melt units and/or arrangements for connection with the hot melt product supply are also available for the RHM-775.

FOIL SLITTER
The Friz FSM foil slitter and winder unwinds, slits and winds PVC foils, polyester foils, papers, fleeces, fleece-backed veneers, thin metal foils, and laminated tissues into more manageable and useful sized rolls. Cutting speeds of 12-100m/min are manually selected and automatically maintained. Two non-sagging knife shafts are driven by a toothed wheel gear.
