Return Conveyor for edgebanders, shape/sand machines, wide belt sanders, etc.
Unlike a human counterpart, the BT-2000 series return system needs to be "hired" only once, requires no sick leave, and requires no training. These return conveyors are equipped with a DC variable speed drive to match the processing speed of the equipment they are working in conjunction with. The receiving table speed is adjustable from 30 to 90 FPM, the transfer belt speed is fixed at 180 FPM and the return conveyor speed is adjustable from 60 to 180 FPM. Minimum part size on all units is 6" X 6". The BT 2000 series conveyors are built for right or left handed return. However, they are adaptable to your needs. Transfer and return orientation can be field modified from R to L and vice versa.

Details: The BT2024 and BT2030 models are equipped with two (2) motorized arms, the BT2036 is equipped with three (3). The arms operate at the same speed as the receiving table and can be positioned anywhere along its width. The BT2048 and BT2060 models are equipped with motorized rollers in lieu of the arms.
Additional Info: OPTIONAL EQUIPMENT: Automatic panel turning device (adds 5' to overall length of return); panel deviator (for parts less than 6" in width-minimum part size is 4" X 12"); 3',5' or 7' addition to receiving table; additional return length (in 2' increments); additional transfer width (in 12" increments); motorized infeed arms; motorized infeed rollers (may require modification to machine material support outrigger); set of three (3) additional transfer belts for heavier panels.

Combining the ZHR 10 with a robot provides an economical solution – perfect for large, heavy parts such as partition panels or for components already edgebanded . This arrangement allows the robot
to perform the following tasks at up to 10 cycles per minute:
• Transferring parts from the outfeed table to the return feed belt
• Stacking parts off the outfeed table to the finished part stack
• Feeding from the stack onto the return feed belt
