The Holzma series 5 delivers many new technical innovations, such as: a new drive principle, an exact alignment of saw blade, and the patented "cold process" mineral cast technology. Constructed of a unique cast mineral, the saw bodies are extremely torsion resistant, sound absorbing and vibration dampening. Holzma's rear loading "Kompact" angular systems are designed for a high volume production environment. They feature independent ripcut saw and crosscut saw in the same unit and automatic material handling between the two. Head cut capability is standard. Automatic turning device. Micro-infeeds for thin and wavy material are standard. On high book height (245mm) machines each saw carriage has a scoring saw;a primary main saw and a secondary main saw to provide for higher cutting speeds.
