Single End Tenoner
The Homag FPL 614 permits four sided processing in four passes. Workpieces of different dimensions are easily processed on the machine. The wide chain feed system was designed specifically for efficient and economical production of batch sizes as small as one, and is suitable for production of both narrow frame and panel components, or for sizing ready-to-use doors. For straight profiling up to five (5) spaces are provided for machining units: one (1) free space, two (2) trimming units, and two (2) sanding units. The machine is available with manual change tooling, manual push button change tooling (HSK-63A) or with automatic tool changer (HSK-63F). Machine is capable of contour trimming with addition of optional CNC control.

Homag's DET 500 "Profiline" High Speed series double end tenoners are Heavy Duty, longitudinal feed machines that can process all four sides of a workpiece in two passes, or four sides in one pass when set in a production line .This makes them an ideal solution for doors, windows, flooring and panels. By using a modular design , this tenoner can be custom configured as required. It uses the well engineered Homag dogs to transport workpieces with absolute precision during the transverse processing pass.The dogs can be adjusted to height as required, and can simply be recessed into the links during longitudinal processing. They work well with profiled or softformed components.You can size, square, profile, dado, etc with these machines. Machines are available in right and left hand versions, with long (63") or short infeed areas.
