Manually operated contour edgebander
The KTD 720 bander has a gluing system which applies the glue to the edgebanding material. The coil cut-off device is either activated by foot pedal or by pre-selecting the length via digital length counter. The panel is placed on height spacers which are fixed on the table. No template is required. Because of its flexability, irregular shaped and straight parts can be run on this machine (cannot run circular parts).

The AF-14T (Left Hand Version) copying feeder is ideal for feeding curved stock through the Brandt KTD 720 for trimming applied edging. Its unique 180mm (7") diameter, polyurethane, single wheel allows for easy guiding. Eight (8) feed speeds of 7 to 108 FPM. Right hand version available. 0.75 kW (1/2 HP) motor wired for 230/3/60.

The Brandt KTD 820 was designed for the application of coil banding up to a maximum edge thickness of 3 mm. The irregular shaped part or panel is held in place by means of a vacuum device on the table and the lighter ,counter-balanced gliung /tape unit is moved around the part. For small part processing the gluing/tape unit can be stationary and the part moved.

Stand Alone Corner Rounding Machine
The fashion for "soft" edges in the furniture and cabinet industry prompted the development of the FTF 200 stationary corner rounding machine.
The machine ideally complements edge banding machines without a corner rounding unit.
Corner rounding technology:
The workpiece is placed on a sturdy table and aligned. The trimming motor with the sensing roller and cutter are part of a new developed unit, which works on the principle of rotation. A steady sequence of operations guarantees a perfect result, exactly the same as if processed on a modern through feed edgebander.
