HIGH SPEED MILLING / ROUTING CENTER
The "German engineered and built" Viper is designed as a high speed machining center for 2 or 3 dimensional parts. The machine is designed with high acceleration rates and high accuracy requirements through its rigid moving bed design. Standard features include: AC servo motors; pre-loaded anti-backlash ballscrews (X,Y, and Z axes); 30 mm Thick High Precision Aluminum table with t-slot or 2" grid matrix; covers on X and Y axes for linear rails and ballscrews; HPGL and GCode compatible. This is the perfect machine for rapid prototype work, micro-tooling applications where tooling less than 6 mm in diameter is required or for micro-machining or milling of small metal, plastic or graphite parts.
