The SL series slant bed gluers from Ogden/RFS feature state of the art generators that have solid state circuitry designed for efficiency and high performance. They feature rugged, heavy design construction, and quality materials to provide years of trouble free service. They have simple, easy to understand controls to reduce the learning curve and increase productivity. The two hand, no-tie down buttons promote operator awarness and safety. Unique multi-piston pnuematic cylinders apply twice the side pressure and require less air than conventional cylinders. The platen is set at a convenient and ergonomically correct 45 degree angle for comfortable loading and unloading.

The RFS EG series edge gluer is a high production workhorse for all your edge/ face gluing applications. It features a unique pusher feed to facilitate the gluing of panels, door stiles, and many other items. Its heavy duty frame prevents distortion to provide high quality parts and a long machine life. The PLC controller featuring all operator safeties, manual and automatic production modes and optional production aids. It is equipped with an advanced solid state generator design and an all aluminum cabinet for efficiency and high production rates. Premium hydraulic equipment includes all necessary valves, piping and contriols. RF Fingerjoint Curing Tunnel
RFS fingerjoint tunnels feature a heavy duty welded steel frame to insure minimum deflection and long machine life. Stainless steel electrode surfaces are easily replaceable and give maximum glue curing rates with minimal wear. Machines feature full aluminum enclosures on both the tunnel and the RF generators to insure safe operation and optimum efficiency. Details: All RFS finger joint tunnels are custom built to meet your specific requirements. Tunnel lengths vary from 16 Ft. to 72 feet. Feed speeds typically run from 110 to 300+ feet per minute. RF generator sizes range from 20kW to 100 kW or larger as required.
Additional Info: Standard PLC controls allow complete and easy interface to fingerjoint equipment from any current supplier. Cures all major glues: Phenol Resorcinol, Melamine, PVA, Isosets, Urea Formaldehydes, and PUR.
