Doucet Model No.: End Pro
Entry level finger jointer - end matcher
The END PRO series has been designed to do standard end matching on strip flooring as well as wide plank flooring when necessary. With 8" and 12" capacity models, the END PRO is well suited to the restoration and wide plank flooring industry, and gives its owner the ability to add that little extra that the market is beginning to demand. ***
While end matching is not always necessary in this type of milling it has become a value-added process used by some companies to separate them from the pack. The END PRO series offers a cost effective way to achieve this product style without sacrificing quality in either the finished product or the machinery itself. ***
As a linear through feed machine, the END PRO is engineered to accept random length material from a 6" minimum, one piece after another. This simplifies material handling and increases the overall achievable yield since it is not necessary to work to the fixed lengths that some conventional methods of end matching necessitate. ***
The END PRO has the added benefit of being able to be expanded into a full finger joint system should the need to further increase the utilization of material arise in the future. ***
The END PRO is essentially a low production manual system. The capacity of the machinery averages 4-8 pieces a minute in most applications. This production can be affected be a number of variables most of which are related to the material being end-matched, the material flow both to and from the system and the operators themselves.

Fruilmac Model No.: Randomat T-Rex
High speed end matcher
End matching of random length flooring, cabinet and entry door rails has just gotten a lot easier. No more wasted time in set-ups. Randomat /T-Rex allows for continuous feeding of random length work pieces, and processing any kind of profile with no tear-out. Fast change over times on profile changes. Its compact design reduces expensive floor space requirements.

Details: The base structure of the machine is built of special welded members and is annealed and stress relieved to guarantee the linear precision of the machine. The machine is painted with epoxy rust preventative paint. Feed system is comprised of an infeed belt, a central transfer belt, and an outfeed
Doucet Model No.: EM
Intermediate production strip flooring end matcher
With a capacity of 8 to 10 thousand board feet per shift, based on feed stock 2.25 inch x 36 inches, the End-Matcher Model EM is designed for end-matching of strip flooring in a mid-sized volume production environment. ***
This system includes a traverse bar conveyor of 21 feet long by 5 feet wide. Bar spacing is available at 12" or 8" center to center. ***
The basic system is powered by a 3 HP variable speed main drive (20 to 60 feet per minute) and is equipped with independent tongue and groove machining centers laid out on opposite sides of the transport table. ***
Tongue and groove machining centers are equipped with a squaring saw** 12” in diameter. The tongue station features a bottom and a top groover** 10” in diameter, while the groove station features a groover** 10” in diameter. The 5 squaring saws and groovers are powered by 3 HP arbor motors. When entering either one of the machining centers, material is pushed up against the hold-down press foot for justification with respect to the top of the board. ***
Material is placed between the traverse bars at the infeed end of the machine. While random length pieces are brought forward, material is positioned by perpendicular roller conveyors ahead of both machining centers. A third roller conveyor takes care of lateral outfeed. Roller conveyors are 24” wide and are imbedded into the transport table. The system is also equipped with a motorised pinch roller to re-align pieces longer than 60 inches, prior to the second machining center.

OMGA Model No.: FJ-100
Compact manual finger jointing system
The FJ-100 is a compact designed finger jointing system. Designed for smaller shops and / or specialty operations, like salvaging hardwood scraps from a cut-off or optimizing line. The machine system, can in many cases, have a payback in under 18 months. New tooling allows for an almost invisible joint line. The system consists of the following: SHAPER UNIT - the carriage carrying the work pieces runs in front of the cutters. The cutter set includes a hogging saw and a vertical shaper. The work pieces are loaded manually and lined up against an adjustable fence. Work pieces are turned around manually to shape both ends with a single shaper. The moving carriage includes vertical and horizontal pneumatic clamps and a chip breaker to prevent tear-out on the last piece of the batch. The carriage is moved by a motor gear with inverter to ad just the feed speed. After the shaping operation the pieces are transferred to the press table for applying the glue and introducing them, one by one, into the press channel. PRESS UNIT - The press unit is complete with a cut-off saw to cut the board to length before pressing. After applying the glue the operator introduces the pieces into the press channel. After reaching the pre-set length, the board is cut to length and the board is pressed by a hydraulic cylinder. The pressure can be pre-set and adjusted according to the cross section of the board to be pressed. After the pressing operation, the board is removed manually from the press channel and a new board can be composed.
