Automated stop gauge and pusher
The standard TigerStop system is easy to install on almost any piece of equipment, be it a cutoff saw or a drill press. It's so simple to use that nearly every employee can be trained in five minutes and produce rapidly in one day. No. complicated calculations or measurements are required. The position can be input in the method of your choice: standard or metric with fraction, decimal, feet, inches. It's available in multiple languages. The controller computes and displays the position in inches or metric. Everyone using the TigerStop will be a more productive employee. TigerStop utilizes six (6) basic functions: GO - Enter any length on the keyboard and press start - TigerStop instantly moves to that position. GO SET - Turn TigerStop's number keys into "hot" keys to access up to 99 lengths that you cut often, so that you don,t have to enter each length every time. INCREMENT - Hit the increment key and enter a value (+ or -) to move the stop relative to its current position. Continue incremental movement by hitting START. This is an easy way to cut fixed identical lengths. The TigerStop will move the material to your programmed length every time. PUSH FEED - TigerStop can function as a push feeding system, allow for saw kerf, and deliver finished lengths, drilled hole patterns or punched material on the outboard side of your saw or machine tool. CUT LIST - You can use your TigerStop as a set point stop system and enter up to 2000 + lengths with a limit of 999 each into its powerful memory. CALCULATE - With TigerStops built-in 10 key calculator, you can calculate a new length based upon your last position or on a new value. After doing the calculation, TigerStop moves to the new position. TigerStops are accurate to +/- 0.004" both in repeatability and absolute measurement. Wired for 110/1/60. Heavy Duty Tigerstop
Using an oversized rack and pinion gearin addition to its robust design, allows the TigerStop HD2 to position material up to 1750 Lbs. in weight at speeds of 5" to 60" per second. Between the TS standard and the TS-HD2 you can process material efficiently from 4' to 150' in length and hold the same tolerances of +/- 0.004". The rack and pinion drive gives the HD2 the ability to position heavy loads be it in wood, metal, composites, or plastics.
