"Dowel less" Miter Door Clamp
Doucet’s 5 section Door Master is a single clamp system designed for quick and accurate assembly, clamping and squaring of 5 piece cabinet doors.
Built on a strong welded tubular frame, The Door Master features brand name air valves and real double action air cylinders. It is suitable for assembly of large pantry doors 30" x 72" down to drawer fronts 5 -1⁄2" x 12 -1⁄2".

Details: STANDARD FEATURES: A 3 position pneumatic valve: open, pre-clamping mode, full clamping mode:
- in the pre-clamping mode the clamp's air cylinders are activated in sequence for
a better balance in the distribution of the clamping force
- working in conjunction with the dual action cylinders, push buttons make it easy
for the operator to align any one of the corners before applying the full clamping pressure
- the adjustment buttons are located on the air cylinder on the mobile vertical clamp and remain easily accessible at all times ***

- one mobile vertical clamp on roller bearings for effortless positioning

Doucet’s 5 section Door Master is a rotary clamp system designed for quick and accurate assembly, clamping and squaring of 5 piece cabinet doors.
Built on a strong welded tubular frame, The Door Master features brand name air valves and real double action air cylinders, and a 110V gear motor for counter clockwise rotation of its sections. It is suitable for assembly of large pantry doors 30" x 72" down to drawer fronts 5 1⁄2" x 12 1⁄2".
