Air filter / separators
"S" series mechanical separator and coalescing filter to remove large liquid loads and solid particles down to 5 micron and larger- use as a separator down line of the aftercooler or as a point of use filter for air systems without aftercoolers or dryers. "A" series coalescing filter to remove all liquid water, oil aersols and solid particles down to 1 micron and larger-use as a general filter, prefilter for HE filters, point of use filter or as an after filter for pressure swing dessicant dryers. "E" series high efficiency (HE) oil removal coalescing filters to remove 99.99+% of oil aerosols down to 0.1 micron, for virtually oil free air- use with oil lubricated compressors to produce oil free air for painting, molding for plastics,instrumentaion and controls, fluid logic and air bearings. "V" series oil vapor removal filters use activated carbon absorbent to remove oil vapor (down to 0.008mg / m3) and odor- use in food and drug packaging, and for deodorizing air exhausted into working environments. ALL SERIES available in working range of 18 to 583 CFM.

"PROdry" refrigerated air dryers
These compact easily servicaeable air dryers from DVair remove moisture by lowering the temperature of the compressed air, forcing the moisture to condensate out. The condensed water is then drained off. The net impact is a lessening of the chances that "rogue" moisture will find ist way into critical work areas downline from the air compressor. The patented refrigerant circuit is designed to adjust cooling capacity to suit volume and the temperature of the treated air. All PROdry dryers are microprocessor controlled, and are equipped with an energy saving 2 stage heat exchanger, high efficiency stainless steel condensate seperator, and a large surface area freon condenser. A built-in shut off protects the compressor in the unlikely case of a dryer malfunction or operating at temperatures above set limits. The control panels display dewpoint and details of internal operation (compressor and condensate drain). Dewpoint temperature can be digitally set. Larger models (60 CFM and larger) are equipped with a manual "on / off" over-ride switch.

"PROdry" high inlet temperature refrigerated air dryers
The HTD series air dryers from DV Systems are designed to handle air inlet temperatures up to 180 degrees F. Uses Freon R134A refrigerant. Equipped with a insulated secondary heat exchanger and encapsulated stainless steel moisture seperator. A fully digital control panel accurately monitors dew point, compressor fan, auto-drain, and inlet temperature. It comes equipped with a variable speed fan to maintain a balanced dew point. Installation close to a wall is possible because of cross ventallation of the variable speed fan. It features a remote signal alarm relay (no alarm included) to alert in case of malfunction. Equipped with a microprocessor controlled solenoid drain valve with "Y" trap. Its rugged powder coated cabinet features easy access panels for maintenance.

Condensate filtering systems
The condensate that is discharged by a lubricated air compressor contains a significant quantity of oil and solid particles that, if not properly removed, can seriously pollute the environment. This noxious mixture is classified as hazardous waste that cannot be discharged into municipal sewage systems unless the oil and contaminates are removed. The ECOtron filter offers a complete solution to this problem. The system is suitable for every type of compressor - every type of oil or emulsion* - every type of drain. It features a 2 stage filtration process and has the same capacity for every type of compressor and every type of oil. It retains no stagnant oil and water volumes, and allows no bacterial growth.
