Merlin
High Pressure Vaporization Humidification System
Merlin's humidification systems meet the demands of industry inside their production facilities, by providing humidification through high pressure vaporization. Merlin systems extract warm air through the top of the unit to achieve the best possible humidity balance and quickly reduce temperatures. The process begins by softening filtered drinking water, and then a high pressure pump compresses the water to 1000 PSI as it passes through a hose grid to the vaporization units. Arranged in a ring on the top of the ventilation unit, Merlin patented nozzles vaporize the water and spray the surrounding air. Millions of microscopic water droplets form and evaporate into the surrounding ambient air.

Details: The Merlin System is controlled via a power box with water hydraulics to operate up to six (6) different zones throughout the plant. The components in the power box are easily accessible, so the required maintenance takes only a few minutes. A purifying filtration system to one (1) micron is standard, while an external PC control system, data recording system, and an outside / inside temperature control systems are available as options. Depending upon requirements, the Merlin System can be equipped with optional water softener, reverse osmosis, and / or UV sterilization.
