Titan heads for smaller & mid-sized moulders like Weinig Profimat, Weinig Unimat GOLD, Wadkin, SCMI, etc. Heads have a 122mm body diameter, 1-1/2" straight bores.
This 122mm (4.8") diameter series of moulder heads is offered with 4-knife pockets, (2) 12deg. cutting angle for hardwood AND (2) 20 deg. for softwoods. These are offered in standard cutting lengths up to 230mm (9") long. Heads feature deeper knife pockets to allow the use of wider knife steel for additional knife sharpenings. Custom heads can also be made to your exact specifications. We also can provide filler wedges for knife pockets not being used. MAXIMUM SPEED 7,200 RPM

The 137mm (5.4") diameter series of moulder heads is offered with 4-knife pockets, (2) 12deg. cutting angle for hardwood AND (2) 20 deg. for softwoods. These are offered in standard cutting lengths up to 230mm (9") long. Heads feature deeper knife pockets to allow wider steel to be used for additional resharpenings.
