(4) POD VACU-CLAMP SYSTEM
Arrange the Vacu-Clamp pods on the work surface, connect the vacuum source, and place your work piece on top. Instantly up to 1800 lbs per sq ft of pressure is applied. One, two, three or more pods can be connected together. Vertically, horizontally, on any angle, or any combination makes vacuum clamping simple and versatile to use. Because the pods are only on the underside, access for sanding or machining is unobstructed with no clamping marks. VACUUM PUMP NOT INCLUDED.

STANDARD / PROFESSIONAL VACU-CLAMP PUMP FOR ABOVE CLAMPS
The SPVP-6 is a 1/3 HP, 6 cfm, oil-less rotary vane pump. The vacuum chamber has been specially plated to eliminate the possibility of internal corrosion. A "repeatedly accurate" micro pressure switch guarantees consistent vacuum levels with an adjustable feature. This allows variable vacuum settings necessary for the various pressure needs of high elevation shops. The pump also features a dual power switch for both vacuum pressing and vacuum clamping. In the press mode, the vacuum switch will automatically shut the pump off when the proper vacuum level is reached. In the clamp mode the pump operates continuously as a shortcycle hold down clamp for wooden parts.

AIR VACUUM KIT
Small shops, special holding problems, and woodworking hobbyists can all benefit from this portable unit. It has all the holding power of the Air-Vac-Clamps but can be installed in a work bench, work station, a wall, or another piece of equipment. Uses only compressed air to secure the workpiece for fabrication. This unit includes: pump, 4' of hose with foot control, gasket material and instructions. The shipping weight is approximately 6 pounds.

FIXED PLATE VENTURI TYPE VACUUM TABLE
The AVC 1 Air-Vac-Clamps will hold non-porous materials. (Porous materials such as particle board, plywood, and hardwoods will result in lower holding pressures.) Units are self-contained. No electric vacuum pump is required. It comes complete with an on/off foot control. The top of the plate is at a convenient working height. All stands are welded steel construction. The feet have holes making it possible to bolt the machines to the floor to stabilize them for larger pieces. The Air-Vac-Clamp operates using compressed air. A minimum of 85 pounds of air pressure is required. Each vacuum pump (venturi non-electric) is tested to meet a minimum of 18" of mercury before leaving the factory.

VENTURI TYPE VACUUM "QUICK CLAMP" TABLE
This unit is for route-to-pattern and lightweight work.
The open front of the Quick Clamp allows versatility and quick interchange for different patterns. •
The top plate can easily be removed and a different pattern can be put in place. The top slides securely into place and is locked firmly by two bolts. Re-attach the vacuum pump using the quick coupler and you’re ready to work. The holding plate is made of particle board with high pressure laminate on both sides. When making your own fixtures and patterns, use particle board or plywood with high pressure laminate on both sides. •
