Contact roller is a profiled steel 8” diameter roller with grit compensation. “Quick-Set” automatic thickness setting system with indexing control. Pressure regulation control of the air cushion pad. Rubberized hold down rollers throughout Conveyor table mounted on four (4) double supported jack screws. Control panel featuring main motor start/stop controls, motorized workpiece thickness setting via joy stick control, inch/mm decimal LED thickness readout, conveyor speed control via joystick. Variable speed feed system of conveyor 8 to 43 FPM.
