The Brush sander is designed to remove fiber from and finish flat or profiled solid wood, veneers, and sealed parts. The SBR brushes soften both interior and exterior corners and edges while removing fiber on five piece cabinet and entry doors and frames in preparation for final finishing. The SBR Machine carefully sands inside the door and center panel profiles. The SBR is excellent for sanding single piece machined MDF doors in preparation for powder coating or thermofoiling. When used in conjunction with a proper wide belt sander, hand sanding is now a thing of the past.
