This small, high end residential cabinet shop automated their sanding process by installing this new Homag Sandteq W-100 double head Sander. The Homag Sandteq is equipped with a steel contact roller on the first head followed by a combination segmented pad on the second head. An ideal set up for a cabinet shop needing to sand both solid wood and veneers. The large touch screen control is easy to operate and provides a nice visual interface. The first set of Veneered Doors came out perfect - No hand sanding needed
